Since 2018, the project Stand Up and Speak Out (SUSO)—raising awareness and voice of northern mountainous communities in responding to gender-based violence—has been implemented in Dien Bien. The project aims to change the perception of ethnic minority women and men about gender-based violence as well as promote the voice-out of people suffering from gender-based violence and the community's awareness of the situation of gender-based violence in the area. After 3 years of operation, the project marks certain changes in the issue of gender-based violence in many aspects. SAHI interviewed people about the story of gender-based violence among ethnic minorities and opened up a big picture of change.

Within the framework of the U-ME Capital project, CARE International Vietnam supports JupViec.vn enterprises in operations and communication activities, including visual videos and easy-to understand customer service thinking for JupViec employees, with the goal of helping customers understand how to behave and communicate when doing services to satisfy the owner and at the same time protect their rights. Customer service thinking is a concept that cannot be explained visually, is easy to fall into the state of empty theoretical teaching, is uninteresting, and is difficult to memorize. Therefore, SAHI chooses to produce products in the form of humorous situation videos that JupViec employees can easily understand and apply.

In 2020, the government's Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP (referred to as Decree 145) was born, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor conditions and industrial relations. Although this decree directly protects rights, in practice, many unskilled workers across the country do not pay attention. Therefore, CARE International Vietnam wants to build a social media campaign to improve public understanding of the contents of Decree 145. Instead of following the path with a series of seminars and articles conveying public policy, our experts built a series of media products with images of stars such as Tien Dung, People's Committee Lan Huong, etc. to send to employees. From familiar faces to the public, labor messages are gradually conveyed to workers through various forms such as videos, short films, photoquotes, etc.
